Feature and Benefit
- Heating station:
Sandwich type of heater trolley is provided with infrared Heating Element for even radiation of heat.
These heaters are individually controlled through PLC. Pyrometer for sheet temperature sensing
- Forming station:
Pre-blow through chamber is provided and the blow height is detected and controlled by timer.
- Forming Size:
From 1250mm x 800mm up to 2500mm x 2000mm. Standard forming dept 600mm. Special sizes on request.
- Plug assist:
Installed at upper table pneumatic cylinder drive.
- Mould table:
1. Pneumatic cylinder drive

- Machine control:
Controls are user friendly. Machine is controlled by ADTS soft SP SERIES through PLC and Touch Screen.
ADTS soft machine control system includes significant features like different product recipes, diagnostic and troubleshooting tips, maintenance mode,
Password protection, user help, trends for PID temperature controllers, total production counter, etc.
